Really nice staff, but lacking stock a lot of the times I have visited Today there was one two pint milk in the whole shop, and all the bread was marked down and felt stale Closes early most days, earlier than the stated open - close times.

Unfortunately the post office isn't always open but staff are always very polite and explain the reasons for this. I have also noticed a change in the last couple of weeks - there is a much nicer atmosphere and the staff seem happier and the shop is clean, tidy and organised.

Will never use again! Appalling! Regular overpricing and incorrect labelling but the worst aspect, some of the staff, jesus, zero customer service skills. Used to use alot but got so fed up of staff being rude, unhelpful or generally uninterested that moved to other stores. Today wanted to collect some dry cleaning for mum, she was previously given the price and paid in full but now told extra due. This is curious but don't call me aggressive when I question why when total cost previously supplied by manager! I find it hard to be accused of being aggressive when I rarely visit or can barely speak to the staff because they are too busy talking to each other when supposedly serving customers. Requested to speak to manager but not in, manager is lovely but I can see why staff turnover is so high. Sales woman was rude to elderly customer ahead of me so it appears normal practice. It's not decent to mention names but I'm pretty sure regular customers will know those I'm speaking about, head office should do a clean out and replace with those who are happy to help. I would rate a zero but option not possible.

Lovely little shop, well stocked. Staff doing there best during this very difficult time, but still giving service with a smile. Shop has implemented all of the covid requirements to keep the customers safe, markings and screens etc., and thats all you can ask for !

Local store, staff are always friendly and the range of products is good. Extremely useful to have a store like this close by for those everyday products. The store is situated on the corner and has room to park a vehicle. They also have a free ATM.
