   We hired this company to deal with fixing/cleaning the roof of the property we had moved into. Though they eventually got all required jobs completed it was like pulling teeth dealing with admin in regards to completing certain jobs which we had wanted done and they didn't prioritise (roof cap replacement not done - left and continuously said would be done to the point the thing flew off in the wind which was really frustrating) and getting the documents we needed to complete transaction. Felt the demeanor was dismissive and unprofessional in their rudeness. Customer service should be more prioritised. Would not personally recommend if that's something you value.
