   This is my local shop and the staff are always happy to help and friendly, customer service is great. I can use the post office facility whenever I go in, which is often as I sell online and use the facility to send my parcels, no matter what the time. Jack and Josie are the usual team members I speak who are always happy, friendly and willing to help

   Really enjoy shopping here, local to me very convenient. The staff are always friendly, Jack (Great to see you back at the shop!) and the team are always helpful and polite. The staff always make sure the shop is well stocked and clean tidy.

   I've now been in on 3 consecutive days trying to pick up a parcel within the hours their post office is meant to be open. Every time I've had an excuse surrounding staffing as to why the post office isn't open. I'm in a position where they have my parcel and I just can't pick it up! On the latest visit, the store was empty, lady at the counter appeared bored leaning against the counter, whilst another 2 members of staff were around the store stocking shelves. What is going on!? Staff are rude and very unhelpful. Looking at reviews this is not uncommon.

   Never came across such rude staff before. Not helpful, not welcoming and make out all they want to do is to shift customers out of the door so they can carry on talking amongst themselves.

   Absolutely disgusted. Came in on Sunday to collect a parcel was told the post office was closed and to come back at 7am came back at 7:30am monday firstly no one was there to serve and took a while before someone came down said I had a parcel and then claimed it wasn’t there and that all my notifications were wrong was very patronising and wouldn’t try and help me in anyway and as I walked out threatened to send my parcel back. Not impressed at all

   Was told last night by one of their workers to come in after 7am the next day if I wanted to post a package. Got there at 8am to be safe. Was then told the Post Office is closed as they had a late delivery. There were 2 or 3 of them working. Despite me telling them that they were the ones that told me to show up at this time, and that it wasn't busy and it would have taken them less than a minute to post my parcel, they did nothing to help!! Poor customer service.
