Double Cancer patient saying a Big thank you to the staff at MacBlair. Was riding back to Belfast from Bishopscourt in heavy rain and was getting soaked. I called into MacBlair for some polythene bags to keep me dry and the boys couldn't help me enough. Got home safe and drier thanks guys.
Great company with great customer service. All the staff are friendly and helpful every time I’m in. Their prices are keen and they’re always willing to take the time to help and advise me on my needs for the job. A pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend !
Slow but got there , they had what I wanted but all the staff were tied up with phone calls took about 5 to 10 mins before anyone appeared but they had what I needed and that's the important bit

Quite expensive in my opinion compared to other hardware stores, but handy in an emergency.
Very quick to respond to my queries via emails. Good prices. Very helpful and a wide range of products. This morning one of their employees contacted me to ask if they could be of any further assistance in my building project. That is what I call customer service.
