Very poor reception when I arrived at the post office counter. The staff member didn't acknowledge me at all but continued ranting and moaning to another member of staff about a problem with the till. No eye contact..no 'good morning, I won't keep you a moment. I stood there waiting patiently like a typical British lemon until she was ready to speak to me. She was pretty upset with whatever had gone wrong before I arrived but when I said..'it's not my fault'..she snapped back...no it's mine! Still no eye contact or apology for her behaviour.. Terrible customer service for a small village shop...
