Excellent online service. We ordered a weber Genesis II E 310 on Monday and it was delivered on Wednesday. I spoke to someone to make sure that it would be delivered before Friday - they processed within a few minutes and delivered in less than 48 hours. The delivery was by pallet due the thecsize and weight. The delivery driver was very pleasant and helpful.
Awful customer service. My parcel was delivered while I was away and left outside. It was then stolen and they refused to help and said it wasn’t their problem. The courier also didn’t help but thankfully I got my money back through PayPal. Very unkind considering it was a toy for my child, shop couldn’t care less!

Fantastic family run business, staff are very helpful and the Christmas shop is amazing. Recently done a self build and bought everything from cement to roof tiles from Kellys, Sean was a great help throughout the build and I would not hesitate in recommending Kellys to anyone.
