I can't recommend Paddy enough. He went above and beyond in fixing a leaking pipe underneath our tiled floor. We knew there was a problem but had no idea it would have been a leak under the floor. Thanks to Paddys perseverance and determination to fix it asap there was very little damage done, and he didn't charge an arm and a leg either! Thanks Paddy , we'll be back to you soon to get a new condensing boiler installed!
