    **Vape Shop – Friendly Service, But Lacking Selection** Popped into this vape shop and was greeted by a really friendly guy — no complaints about the customer service at all. However, the shop itself was super basic with hardly any choice. If you're looking for a wide range of products or specific brands, you’ll likely be disappointed. Nice staff, but the selection needs a serious upgrade.

    Great shop, I started vaping as a colleague of mine has been since stopping smoking. I got the vaporesso xros mini 4. He was very helpful and even filled the pod for me as I wasn't too sure how those ones worked . I can't understand all the negative comments because anyone I speak to all have positive things to say about this shop

    So the people working here are very friendly and welcoming. Very nice little vape shop and happy they are in bordon. One concern I have with this shop is that on multiple occasions I have been told to use half a nic shot with a 50ml shortfall to get 3mg of nicotine. And a whole nic shot for 6ml. This is actually incorrect. The actual amount is one nic shot per 50ml of liquid because to go from 18mg/ml to 3mg/ml you need to dilute 6 times to get a total of 60ml. Another way to look at it is 18mg/ml in a 10ml bottle of nic shot is 180mg of nicotine. To get 3mg/ml you would need to use 60ml total of liquid (this would include the pg\vg mix). 180 / 60 = 3. Hope that helps anyone with any confusion!

    i have had a number of incidents with the customer service in this shop. They sell to underage kids who 'claim' they are over 18, they DO NOT check peoples ID. They followed me out of the shop and swore at me They told my boyfriend that if I ever go into the shop again, they are going to kick me out and swear at me. They have even BLOCKED me on the facebook page hence why i haven't posted the review on there. This is no 'friendly' place like they claim and I think the 'customer advisor' should be fired. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE WERE OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE SHOP AT THIS TIME
