   I went in to collect bikes for my sons for Christmas today. I’m gutted I didn’t get the names of the 4 gentleman I encountered upstairs in the bike department, these men deserve the upmost recognition! They completely went above and beyond for me today and I am so so grateful, what wonderful staff and a wonderful team! Safe to say after changing a bike (due to change of colour because of my child would only have green his favourite colour, a little mishap somewhere with original bike) the men in store got to work quick to help me with this and went beyond further than I could have imagined, patient calm and so helpful! I have a very excited happy boy! (All 3 are made up) thank you for everything today. I hope you all get blessed with a wonderful Christmas and new year! One in a million all of you I certainly hope you get recognition for all your hard work as you deserve it!

   Had a front and rear dash cam fitted. Eddie the technician was really friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, fast, tidy and clean, respectful and so readily able to explain the workings and features to a 68 year old non tech savvy guy. Set it all up so neatly and quickly and made me feel like a really valued customer. Many many thanks for a great experience and would highly recommend!

   I visited Halfords at Scunthorpe, late on Friday with several issues on my car, and I cannot praise Gemma and Eddie highly enough. Despite it being the end of the day, they were incredibly knowledgeable, accommodating, polite, and genuinely friendly from the moment I arrived. They quickly diagnosed and fixed all of my concerns – including issues with my oil, front light, and battery – and did so with complete professionalism and zero fuss. As a single woman about to drive 2.5 hours to Warrington, I had been feeling nervous, but they made me feel totally confident and safe to get back on the road that evening. On top of the excellent service, they even saved me over £50 by recommending the Motoring Club sign-up, something I might never have known about without their honesty and expertise. It’s clear that both Gemma and Eddie take pride in their work and are exceptionally well trained. They turned what could have been a stressful situation into a genuinely positive experience. Massive well done to Gemma, Eddie, and Halfords Scunthorpe – absolutely outstanding service.

   Again top class service by halfords Especially Matt I was told online 1 spanner was in stock 1 would take a week I went to collect my order and Matt says Im certain we have both sizes 20&21 mm spanners He went and came back with the 1 they said wasn't in stock saving me a trip next week

   I popped in to see if you had anything to help me with a restoration project. The Bug and tar remover worked rather well. It isn't perfect, but if got a lot of the stains out and helped clean the cabinat up nicely. thanks to a great staff.
