   In terms of general experience I took my car in to get the seals replaced, the lads working there were kind and were adaptable for when I needed my car to run errands. I was disappointed when I bought my car in early morning and coming back to find out the wrong parts were ordered and so I had to change plans to cater for this but they were able to get the right parts in later that day and were able to get my car sorted for me same day, unfortunately the parts did not arrive at the expected time which was no ones fault but the only thing I wished that happened was more communication between myself and the garage to keep me updated on what was going on. It was supposed to be an hour and a half job and ended up taking all day but they still gave me a fair price and matched what they quoted me.

   Totally waste of time don’t take your car here Took my car for EGR he promised he will do it in seven days After 3 days he was ignoring my messages and calls Tried to goto to his garage was close after 17 days when I found the garage open went to see him he was telling me that he still don’t have time to touch my car 17 days my car was there for nothing

   I came to this garage to change cambelt and water pump on my Volvo v40 , but clearly I can tell they don’t know about Volvo at all which would be fine if they would say so rather than do poor quality job. I paid £300 for it when we took my car back the heating wasn’t working also my heating seats and on top of it my cooling level was low after 4-5min driving . I took the car back it staid there for another two weeks as they couldn’t find the fault . It was nightmare to me as the car was working perfectly fine before I took it there . The owner of the garage fixed it somehow at the end so I finally could take my car back . I checked coolant ✅ , I checked heating ✅, I checked heated seats ✅..: I felt realief finally, but there we are again 6month later driver heated seats isn’t working and passenger seat on very low heat , if there wasn’t summer time I would find out probably earlier as I haven’t used them since June , anyway to repair it it will costs me another £200 so I definitely would not take my car to Titan , ever again and I would not recommend any Volvo’s car to be taken there for such a big jobs .

   I needed a clutch replacement, and these guys offered far and away the best price for the job. They added that they would renew the gearbox oil, and rear crankshaft seal, for the price of the parts, such good sense whilst the gearbox was removed. My car developed a sort of shuddering on releasing the new clutch, and they insisted that I take it back for investigation. I was given a courtesy car whilst they spent hours making sure that all was well, WITH ANY FURTHER CHARGE !! All is well now, and I would recommend their service to anybody. Thank you guys, for a great service.

   Poor quality workmanship, didn't know how to fix my car. Even admitted they used 'Google' at reception desk. Car was in the garage for over a week and came back with too many mechanical and computer diagnostic faults. Which we had to fix elsewhere. They didn't even bother to clean the car which was left with grease and a smell of oil. Not to mention they left the tracking out of align which they didn't fix, so cost further to get fixed elsewhere, another garage told me Titan Garages had made a complete mess of fixing the car. Would definitely not recommend.
