Really enjoyed this place yesterday! We went on a Monday lunch time in term time so obviously it wasn’t too busy, and we didn’t book ahead. Lady on the desk was really nice and explained what we needed to know. My baby is 10 months old and not walking. There is a separate under 3’s area that whilst not massive was well equipped and my baby enjoyed crawling about and pulling up to stand. There’s 2 small slides in this area too, a baby jumper, and some puzzle type toys on the wall, as well as the tunnel and soft play pieces. The area is separated with a low wall, so if your babe is a climber just watch they don’t crawl over it straight onto the floor the other side. Overall we really enjoyed this spot. As it wasn’t busy we did venture into the big main frame, and my baby really enjoyed crawling about here. I don’t have much experience in these places as my baby is so young, but the frame was huge with so many levels and things to do and my baby loved it, as were the other kids in there. If it was busier I may not have taken her in there for fear of her getting squished - but that’s okay as the area isn’t specifically designed for young babies. If you’ve got a young baby you may consider going at an off peak time to take advantage of both areas. Whilst we didn’t order, the cafe menu looked really extensive and the seating area is really quite large. The toilets were…okay. Definitely showing their age but they were clean and obviously have a baby change. I think it’s fairly priced, I paid just over a fiver for me and my baby and we stayed for about an hour and a half. Overall we really enjoyed and I’ll definitely be coming back!

This could be a really good venue, but they just don't seem to get the message about cleaning! Toilets need to be cleaned and checked hourly and cleanliness needs sorting in the play areas and seating areas too. There really is no excuse for filthy toilets, so please get on top of it before it's too late!

Amazing place for my 4 year old, he absolutely loved it. The staff member that welcomed us this morning was super friendly and super polite. (Sharmaine) She checked in with us if everything was fine. And other girl (Kristina) super polite and helpful too. Amazing girls to have on this team.

Had a birthday party there Saturday for my 4 year old. Very reasonable, nice long play session, nothing felt rushed. Manager Kelly was excellent on the day and handled everything - allergies, lunch prep, cutting cake up, knife and lighter provided - everything was done so was very easy to just enjoy the party. Thank you

I don’t think this place was ever cleaned, so gross. Very VERY dirty! If you’re allergic to dust don’t even try to go in there. Price is shocking for what you get - £14.5 for 1 adult and 1 child. I wouldn’t go back even if it’s free. Avoid!

We visited today and both my girls (1 and 3 years old) had a great time! Excellent value for money, good price food and drinks too. Staff were helpful and friendly! Will definitely visit again! Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that it was absolutely freezing in the building! Not so bad for the kids as they are running around but my littlest fell asleep so I had to sit at the table with her and I was so so cold!

Went here for the first time and thought it was lovely! The play area is great, really modern and can always see where the children are due to the way it’s been designed. My children enjoyed it and I was impressed. The staff were also especially lovely. It’s a well needed addition to the Chichester area (we wished it was there when we lived there!). We also used the HAF scheme which we thought was great, and the goody bags were a thoughtful touch. Thank you!

Had our daughter's birthday party here last weekend and all the kids had a great time! The team are warm and friendly, with Matilda and Kiarna making sure we were comfortable. The children had unlimited squash and water, lunch boxes provided and they got to meet Dexter the tiger in the party room. Staff played games with the children which added to the excitement after a really good run around, then they got given a party bag of goodies. Adults were able to buy coffees or food from the bar which was well stocked and varied. We literally didn't have to take anything along with us, other than the children which made things so straight forward and simple. All in all, great value for money. Thanks Guys!

Had my daughters birthday party here yesterday, thought it was absolutely fantastic. Staff were super friendly and attentive, despite being understaffed quite significantly. There were 3 parties before ours but I didn't even know because the areas were cleaned and reset as if we were the only party in that day! Great selection of food and drinks. The fact the meet and greet with Dexter, the lunchboxes, the party bags AND unlimited squash is all included is a bonus. I didn't have to bring anything! which is what makes it more enjoyable. Can't complain for the price I paid it really was well worth the money. Thank you so much guys we all had a lovely time and will definitely be returning.

Great place for kids to run around and play. The price is reasonable and plenty of seating area. The kids really enjoyed it.
