Grandsons birthday party it was catered for and the staff were friendly and helpful but party room could do with a bit of decorating

This is one of those places 'get what you pay for' for 2 adults and a 4 year old £11 (No where close to that price anywhere close for that price) foods pricey and mediocre at best same with the tea and coffee which is abit of a let down. But for value for money it's a really good valued place to let your little ones burn energy off with the cost of living we are currently in!

Staff are useless. They dont pay attention to the older children taking over the baby and toddler area. I had to ask them twice to remind me where the baby area was! And if they thought the children in it were age appropriate! After umming and scratching their empty heads they pathetically asked the children to move. They didn't. When I mentioned a refund they finally got them out. Please dont waste money here!

I was pleasantly surprised that there’s no time limit, unlike many other soft play centers. My daughter absolutely loved playing here and could enjoy herself without feeling rushed. A great place for kids to have fun!

Overpriced, rude staff, absolutly stinks, main slide only opens for 15-20 mins even though staff are stood around doing nothing, £8.50 per child is a rip off play area is really small. So many local places better than this.

Brilliant soft play for kids all ages, staff are friendly an so accommodating Can get busy but what soft play doesn't at weekends. Went to a party and the staff supervised in the party room the whole time making sure all kids were seated

Really lovely soft play and a great price too! We took our toddler for a couple of hours, just after lunch on a normal week day and he absolutely loved it! The area was very clean, with lots of tables for parents and had a great selection of well priced snacks, treats, drinks and hot food avalible to buy. Would defiantly go back, would even consider having a party here for my little one. Just probably wouldn't order a milkshake again as it was a little on the warm side but the slushpuppies looked very nice!

Good size soft play area, ballpit for babies, slides for toddlers and massive maze with scary slides for 5-12 years old. They have a caffee with all sort of food and drinks, so bringing your own isn't allowed except baby food. I wish at least water was allowed!

Can be busy on rainy weekends, but staff are very accommodating. The drop slide is only open when there is a spare member of staff to supervise it.

Good value venue to while away a hour or so and keep the kids busy. The soft play area itself is not the biggest, but does offer separate areas for the different age groups and an additional football/basketball court. The slides, especially the drop slide is a big hit with our kids. There is a varied food and drink menu from light snacks to lunch, all very reasonable priced. Toilets are clean, if a little dated. Lots of staff available keeping an eye on the equipment and the children playing within, which you do not get at a neighbouring venue.
