Went to the grinchmas party and it was a brilliant. My daughter hasn't stopped talking about it and the Grinch was a very good sport. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience for her will definitely be doing it again.
I cannot stress enough how much Teegan made this experience everything you could want and more. She went above and beyond for us, and she was so engaging for the kids. She ran a party for us and was fantastic! Would recommend for her service!
We have visited Monkey Bizness on various occasions. Our daughter has gained so much confidence and loves exploring the slides, tunnels and loves playing football! The staff are always welcoming and the food is always fresh & hot. Ample parking and value for money.
Took 2yo granddaughter. Staff were pleasant and welcoming. In general plenty to climb on and give the children a chance to use energy. Not sure about the 'toddler session ' that was advertised. Perhaps I misread it. Had a nice coffee and cake and granddaughter had a lunch box. Sandwich was freshly made and very presentable. Believe me the sandwiches in these boxes at other places can be dreadful. One star taken off due to lack of advertised toddler session and the fact I had to go looking for someone to serve in the cafe.
Great venue for kids parties. Well staffed, clean, decent coffee and cafe area for adults to sit in while waiting.
It's ok, food and drink are quite expensive. Staff struggle to keep the big kids out the baby zone, but the staff are friendly and always polite.
Well over priced and staff couldn't really care. Had 4 just stood behind food counter chatting and ignoring basic customer requirements. Just kids employed and could tell that. Shame really.
It's chaos! And the kids absolutely love it! There's a central cafe and plenty of seating for adults whilst kids play. A few more parking spaces would be better but I know that's not really an option.
Fantastic staff who were helpful and welcoming. Nothing was to much for them. Facilities for children were excellent and being constantly cleaned by staff. Food was good and reasonably priced. Children's party was well organized and staff were courteous and pleasant. For children's birthday party there is no where better. Will book again. Thoroughly recommend this business not only for parties but also a place to entertain children. Adult area was well positioned giving freedom to relax and have a snack and still watch children playing. A safe environment for all.
