   Unfortunately a really disappointing experience. My friends and I visited yesterday, and the games very complicated to play, and few clear instructions were provided to us. Whilst the staff were friendly and approachable, we didn’t feel we were provided the necessary support, and we struggled to understand how to navigate the games, and interact with the interface. We made clear on numerous occasions that we were struggling to understand how to play the games, and occasional advice was given. Around 10 minutes before the session ended we were put into a simpler zombie game which was easier far easier to navigate, however as soon as the hour was up we were asked to leave. We were quite surprised we weren’t offered to stay longer given the complications, especially as the next party wasn’t due until later the afternoon. As newbies to virtual reality we didn’t really feel we got our moneys worth out of the experience, and would advise using far simpler game modes for players not familiar with VR. If harder games modes are to be used the staff should make sure everyone is comfortable and understands how to play.

   Great fun. Took my soon to be 9 year old son and a few of his friends for his birthday gathering - they all had a great time. The games were in blocks of 15 minutes so they all had a go at choosing the game they wanted and all were age appropriate. Would definitely go again and recommend.

   Staff were excellent with clear instructions during my kids party for group 10 year olds,they have 6 solo player VR zone with mini game room down stairs and upstairs with multiple player+(2-6) VR ,room for quality improvements for possible small awaiting area between booked party or 15 minutes cooldown period. My kids and guest enjoy the VR gaming experience 5/5.

   Booked a 2 and a half hour party and thoroughly enjoyed it. Both Beth & Jake coped brilliantly with the constant demands of the boys at the party and the boys had a brilliant time. My son said he had the best time of his life. Received feedback from the parents of the children who came who all said they had an amazing time. Well worth the money. Will definitely recommend and come back in the future. Thanks so much.

   Gaming experienced was excellent. Equipment worked well in the free-roam area and the games were exciting and immersive. My party had a great time. My only quibble, hence detracting one star, is that we only played for about 45 of the 60 minutes payed for. While we were early, the employee insisted on waiting to start us until another booking showed up. The other booking was late so we didn't actually start playing until 15 minutes into the session. Likewise, the employee was very prompt to end our session at the end of the time slot even though there was no other parties reserved for the free-roam area. Would have appreciated getting the full time payed for.

   This place is so much fun! I've played upstairs in the free roam area 3 times now and each experience has been excellent. To top it off, the staff are really lovely. Bethany is warm, friendly and incredibly helpful. Give it a go!

   Went for twins 18th. Watching everyone have fun is the best part. Both employees made us welcome and helped when we got stuck. Upstairs games was good but preferred down stairs Arazona game. That was the best. Our son loved it so much he is getting a Vr for home. We will return again.

   Decent setup of vr games as you'd expect. But the helpful staff really made it for us. We went for a birthday present and the birthday boy wasn't expecting interactive vr so didn't want to partake. But they don't miss a beat in providing him with a good time
