I went with my 3 year old and friend with her son this morning and as soon as we walked in we were greeted very coldly but an older lady with short white hair. We instantly felt a bad vibe. We then ordered some toast for breakfast. It came with two big slices , 2 little squares of butter and 1 small plastic jam pot like you get in hotels. That only covered one slice of my toast. I went up to this same woman and asked for a second small plastic pot of jam , she instantly got her back up and said I have paid for what’s included in my toast and wouldn’t give me another one!!!!! The toast wasn’t cheap so would have made a profit anyway plus the entrance fee of £8.75 . These jam pots are about 20 p each !! I couldn’t believe what I heard and the cold attitude with it. I would have paid for a second jam pot if she had offered but I don’t underpant why they think you need two butters but not two jams when they are a similar size and who are they to decide how much jam customers like on there toast!!! Maybe next time specify on the menu 2 slices of toast with one small pot of jam LOL absolutely ridiculous and we will never return which is really sad. Please treat customers better.

My little one has just turned 2 and she loves this place, one special note is that this play cafe is genuinely very very clean, the staff very regularly, go round and wipe all the toys down with wipes etc, very impressed.

Little Big Village is an absolute hidden gem! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The venue is clean, inviting and offers plenty of seating. The play areas are fantastic—well thought out with a variety of toys that encourage imaginative play for kids of all ages. It’s a perfect spot for families to relax and have fun. If you're looking for a simple, family-friendly experience, this is the place to visit. With great service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a fun environment for kids, Little Big Village is a must-visit. Can't wait to return!

Great venue for our young daughters party, had the place to ourselves, great layout with comfy seats and tables down one length with the kids village on the other side. Coffee was great and staff were lovely, friendly and smiley, nothing was too much trouble for them. Kids parties can be stressful, the pressure is on but this went completely smooth.

Absolutely fab birthday party. A great team that had enthusiasm and dedication to make my little ones party amazing for him. Minimum stress for me and it flowed really nicely and was relaxed. A great party for mixed ages and abilities. Can't recommend them enough!

Well what a lovely find this was! As a regular to the centre (and to be honest, more like the bakery next door!) I was so excited to see this open up during lockdown! Having been in for a little peruse before an actual visit, I was excited to take my nearly 3 year old daughter as she adores role play at nursery. I went with my mum friend who has a nearly 3 year old too and we booked up for a visit. My daughter went straight into play with her friend and she absolutely loved it! The ladies who worked there were so lovely and very accommodating with our pushchairs. It was so lovely to see my daughter being enthralled by all the great things she could play with, she took a shine to the police car, so much so, I couldn't get her out! I would thoroughly recommend this gem of the of a place to those with toddlers and young children, I have even booked her 3rd birthday here for a party in August!
