   Amazing experience, warm welcoming. Great safety briefing! And then to top it off both kids were 100% confidence gained and were exploring different activities to climb.    We attended with our 9 & 6 year old on Saturday and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves. It’s such a great afternoon out! I believe they may have been understaffed, yet this did not impact our booking in any way and all the staff we dealt with were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It’s a great concept and we will definitely be back. Thanks guys!

   We visited Rock Up today with my 8 year old and our 1 year old. Firstly I’d like to say that the staff were friendly enough however I do feel they could be a bit more warmer towards the excited children, some children may be nervous/anxious about visiting so a bit of warmth from them wouldn’t go a miss. I must say that the safety briefing was good and explained everything very clearly. HOWEVER the cleanliness of this place was absolutely diabolical. I am not usually one to write reviews and I most certainly don’t usually complain however when I went to go and change my little ones nappy the state the toilets were in made me quite honestly gasp! It was absolutely disgusting! I was so so shocked. They couldn’t have been cleaned once since opening. It was awful! The tables around the cafe need to be regularly cleaned also- they were all dirty. I understand the turn around in the place will be quick, however having a clean environment is really rather important. On a whole, my 8 year old loved the climbing and will want to return. I just really hope that horrendous cleanliness improves and I hope it was just a one off considering it was a Saturday afternoon.

   Great clip and climb centre based at Whiteley shopping centre. Interesting climbs, mini high ropes course and soft play area for younger kids. Cafe and toilets on site.

   We booked a toddler climb and play session, but there were a large number of older children in the centre. The soft play area has nice aspects, but some parts are very shabby. The climbing area is not really suitable for toddlers and I felt was understaffed. On the website it sounds as if the climbing and soft play is supervised, but this was not the case. The ‘safety briefing ‘ was very brief and I would have liked more help. Overall, disappointing for the price.

   I have not been to such a place before, it was a tad expensive to me. My son took his 5 year old daughter and probably didn't get the most out of it, my daughter was with her 7 year old cousin who faired better. For the cost you really hope the children can get the full experience. Overall it is a pretty good place to go.

   I just wanted to say a huge thanks to your amazing team today! Evan and his friend came for his birthday treat! They had an absolutely brilliant time! The staff were fantastic with them and encouraged them and were so quick with clicking in the safety equipment! The reception staff, safety staff and cafe staff were all so helpful and delightful! I've already started recommending Rockup Whitely to friends and family! Thanks so much for such a lovely experience and making Evan's birthday treat so special!

   My boy came here for a birthday party on the climbing walls. Had a great time. Safety rules are excellent and well staffed. Party rooms were OK. It does get very very busy around the soft play for little ones but has some quieter seating upstairs. The café was OK for little snacks and the staff there were friendly. It's definitely an option for my boys next birthday party.
