   Good community hub and centre , my opinion is regarding the flats in that building. Live in that building is a punishment and a living hell for those who live there the entire building is deficient, they converted offices into flats without adapting the drainage system now all the system is deficient and neglected by Guinness. Now the water leaks are unstoppable and it's having serious problems to allow people live there, don't surprise if they have to eventually strip the entire building. This is maybe affecting the bottom flats right now but it will wmget worse if you do not fix it. Appart from all of the above, there are rats Avoid buy or renting any flat there , Guinness is a shame of company they are going to ruin your life if you dare to move there. Just have a look Guinness partnership reviews on trustpilot and Google maps prior invest any money in there Thanks God I am fleeing from there no not come back , hope this review helps somebody to not commit the same mistake I made
