Very friendly staff. Good food from the kitchen. Always clean and tidy. A great community feel around the place. Very well run.

I would highly recommend no one to book this hall. It seems they have different rules depending on who’s working the shift. I had my hall booked and no damages was made and they decided not to give my deposit back because the DJ decided to play past the time I booked the hall. I didn’t see once the manager Angelia say if you don’t stop the music she won’t get her deposit plus the manager could of spoke to me. I was there the whole time. This place is just a scam any excuse to not give a deposit back. Just to add my family members found her so rude on the day. If you don’t like Asian people booking your hall just say. I know so many people that have booked this hall and have always gone over the time and still received there deposit back as it was someone else covering for the day. Why do the other staff members give out deposits but the Manager seems to think it’s okay to not to give it back. If a rule is in place it should be for everyone. I would stay away from this place!! So many other nicer halls which is much cheaper.
I went to a Wellbeing clinic for help and advice to stop smoking. Fabulous service run by Portsmouth City Council. Once inside it's huge, offering loads of different classes, and join ins. The centre is beautifully warm, you can just sit and have a cop of tea if you want, or a browse round the charity area.
I don't know too much about the centre but I go to slimming world each week which I definitely recommend. There seems to be a lot of different activities and groups available there which is great and it is large and has a lot of rooms. For different activities. Only downside is parking is a little difficult there
Community Centre which does the job I suppose. Lots of after school activities for children. Very small car park but parking is free if you find a spot. Relatively clean but dated facilities.
Great space, larger than it looks outside. Great place to meet and chat hire out rooms or hall for special occasions. Have a little charity space with 2nd hoods for sell for centre running costs, even seating to read one of the books. We'll equipped centre with fantastic, friendly staff.
Visiting family, Came with my mother with my youngest daughter, lovely atmosphere, brilliant staff and fantastic home made food! Daughter loved the jacket potato! Will go again next visit next year.
