Great Choice, lovely clean store n very helpful and friendly staff. Biggest problem is the self service tills, they are just rubbish, worst ones i have ever encountered or had the misfortune of using in the country , just get them really well updated or serviced or get rid of them all together n open up two more human operated tills.
Great variety of products and excellent prices. Really handy having the Costa and pharmacy right next door too.
Staff is lovely but one of the most expensive supermarkets in general.. Nice clean and spacious shop with good parking facilities.
Located in a very convenient place for me so I go there almost daily. The place is relatively new and so looks nice. The staff are friendly and considerate. They always have most products in stock. The shop is also beside a coffee shop and a pharmacy.
Had a terrible experience at SuperValu Dundalk by the Fairways. The store was ABSOLUTELY freezing , I could not feel my hands and other parts of my upper body had a painful experience even though I was wearing a jacket etc and woolen scarf. The outside was much less colder than the inside ! I saw the poor cashiers struggling at doing checkouts with runny eyes and absolutely frozen ! I then came across an incident where a manager was telling an employee that they cannot wear their gloves or coats as it's not part of their uniform policy. It was FREEZING temperatures and clearly terrible for their health. Maybe the manager should try cleaning out the front lobby area in just a fleece SuperValu should be disgusted for treating their staff in this manner. If there is uniform policies then maybe that should INCLUDE giving your employees appropriate winter wear.
Loads off Irish Products made by small manufacturer's..their quiches are delicious their fresh cream buns always hit the spot..you can buy hot soup they generally have two types on offer..their staff very helpful..and am going there tomorrow to get my Hampshire Ham and glaze. That I saw Kevin Dundon cook for Thanksgiving..Thank you very much.
Typical SuperValu experience... But must say the store is tightly packed with all the items you need. The deli is delicious ☺️... Perfect location... easily noticed from the main road itself...ample parking lots.. A pharmacy and Costa coffee near by.
