Excellent. Came very quickly to look at my broken washing machine. Identified the problem, ordered the part and returned to fit it within a couple of days. Price was fair. Would recommend.

I called Brian as my tumble dryer is tearing my clothes. He came out the following day and told me I need a new drum. He said that Candy has a 10 year parts guarantee and they would probably be cheaper as the drum is free. He said to call Candy and they are going to be cheaper. I found Brian to be honest and reliable and I would definitely recommend him and use his service again. Thanks for being so prompt and professional.
Brian arrived exactly when he said he would, diagnosed problem and had parts to fix there and then, job done within 1/2hr of actually calling him! I was amazed. Parts same price as you’d find online, and call out fee matches the speed he responded. Satisfied with the work, and would highly recommend him.
Highly recommend Brian!! My mum took the oven door off to clean the oven in my new house, and was unable to get it back on. She called the manufacturer for assistance but as it’s over 15yrs old they couldn’t. With 12 people due for dinner 2 days later this was a bit of a disaster… I contacted Brian to see if it was something he could help with. He attended at the first available opportunity, he was friendly, professional, trustworthy & got it all reassembled within 15mins! Have now recommended Brian to friends & family. Highly recommended. Prompt response, fair price and good work. My oven had stopped heating and Brian came to fix it, he already had the part in his van and fixed it there and then.
Our dishwasher stopped draining properly - sent an email to Brian, he promptly returned with proposed date for repair. Showed up on time, and went straight to the job - replaced the faulty pump, tested the dishwasher few times, and finished the whole job in just over 30 minutes. It's great that he has plenty of replacement parts in his van, so job could be finished during a single visit. Fantastic value, hoping the dishwasher will work well for few more years now.
