in November 2024 I brought my car in for Mot. Spent nearly £500 on new exhaust and other bits that needed doing. Brought it back because new exhaust was making loud banging sound. Told it was the spoiler as it was loose. Argued it wasn't and that the noise was coming from under car. Got treat like a silly women who didn't know what i was talking about and issue not fixed by the mechanic. Took my car to another garage and they said my exhaust had been fitted too close to the coil and the plastic bracket was broken because of this and that was causing the banging.
Dropped my car off in the morning for a quick service and to have some exhaust issues looked at, didn't take long for the guys at Stuarts to identify the problem and sort it, no fuss, great communication throughout, car dropped off and picked up within the space of a few hours, they even went above and beyond to fix some issues I wouldn't have otherwise known about. I'll absolutely be using Stuarts again and recommending others to do so. 5 stars.

Used this garage for the first time on Tuesday to sort my low oil pressure issue out . All I can say is fantastic service. he even travelled to get the part for the work to get me back on the road as soon as possible as am a taxi. I have always used Stuart’s garage and wouldn’t take my business anywhere else. Nothing is too much trouble and he is extremely knowledgable. Stuart and his team will take time to explain any issues or recommended work required and complete the work in a timely manner to an excellent standard. Stuart does get booked up quite far in advance owing to him being so good at what he does and extremely reasonably priced, so you’ll need to plan ahead and get booked in for routine servicing and MOT testing etc. If you have urgent problems he is also great and providing you can be flexible he can usually get you in and fix the issue to get you back on the road. Would 100% recommend this garage, the whole team are friendly and cheerful always smiling when you arrive! (Also dog friendly in the office!) Great garage, great team and wouldn’t take my car anywhere else! Thanks Stuart :)
