top garage wish i knew about this place sooner, had a problem that other garages couldnt sort these boys sorted same day, cheers guys (shame your an Arsenal fan) but we cannot have everything
Took my car in this morning. Diagnostics done straight away. Called me to tell me the problem which they repaired within the hour. A job I thought was gonna cost a good few hundred was done for a fraction of the price. These guys know what they are doing! Couldn’t recommend them enough! I will definitely be using them again. CITRO Motors did a fantastic job resolving an issue with my brakes. The staff were great and very friendly and kept me informed of progress. The invoice was less than I had been quoted by other companies so I was very pleased with the end result. I will definately use them again and would recommend them to others.
Called Citro Motos when I suffered a car breakdown and they said I could get towed to them the same day. Within 24 hours of the call, they had diagnosed the problem, quoted for the parts and the work required and once I had given the go ahead to proceed, ordered in the parts and completed the repair. They also assisted with additional information after my warranty people believed the part was available cheaper elsewhere only for Tomasz to advise that the part they referred too was not suitable for my vehicle. Information was passed on to my warranty people who clarified what Tomasz had said and issued 100% cover for the repair. The two garages I have previously used for work said I could not be seen for over a week. I'm now back on the road little over 24 hours after the breakdown occurred. Absolutely top class service.
Booked my 208 GTI in for a replacement boost solenoid, a common failure on this model. Tomasz was friendly and helpful over the phone, offering both OEM and 3rd party replacement parts. The work itself was undertaken quickly and efficiently. I would wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone looking for a mechanic outside of the main dealers, and I will be sure to return if I ever need anything else doing on my car
