    went in to use the post office and when i got to the front of the queue asked the staff member a simple question about if the had a specific form and she was so rude and blunt in her tone and attitude really made me uncomfortable and i will in future go out of my way to use a different post office id like to note the customer before me she was very polite and friendly with so i don’t believe she was “having a bad day” at all she was just rude and made me uncomfortable

    My mother in law had a terrible experience recently. She is a pensioner aged 88 and has shopped there for years. She went back because she bought a loaf of bread which she found was very stale when she arrived home. She went back the same day to ask for a replacement but was interrogated by the manager the manager for a significant period of time regarding whether she had checked if the bread was stale....i.e. implying it was her fault. Eventually she was told.....'you are not the type of customer we want here'. She was very upset by the ordeal and eventually had to leave without any bread. Absolute disgrace.

    100% the worst food counter I’ve seen and the staff are slower than sloth’s. Prices are completely up the left one day a sausage and chip could be 3£ the next it could be £4.50. If you have any sense you will go the shop on up the road.

    Good local store that supplies everything within the complex as well as supervalu ,excellent butchers , chemist , saloon hair and beauty techniques , Chinese, self service fuel station .all on the Doorstep. Parking plenty available .very busy location.
