   The Web site said that extra large frozen turkeys were available "8-10kg on the stock checker. On arrival there were only 5kg frozen turkeys available. I could not check with staff as you're system does not facilitate phoning customer service to check what is available. Hence your attention to customer service is nil. It's non existent. Ps your staff were brilliant and very helpful. But your system is a total failure it's time you started looking after your customers as they will Go elsewhere because of such bad service. We traveled from Dublin to Newry. Thanks for nothing!!!!!?????

   I was a little disappointed at the Tesco cafe. When I requested one piece of toast instead of two I was told "you have to have two". When I requested my hot drinks with the food, instead of before the food - again " I have to serve them first". Is this really policy? Is it not a little inflexible? I certainly will be reluctant to return.

   Staff wasnt friendly at all,forgot tesco club card,try to log in and cant do it,from the staff feel like im cheating who try to get everything for free,when ask for another customer to pass clubcard,staff was very disappointed,women was trained at lowest level.

   Staff here are always very rude, especially at the self scan. They never remove tags unless I ask them and when I do they make me feel like I’m stealing something, asking for a receipt rudely. I was buying cigarettes at the kiosk once and the girl serving me looked me up and down made me feel like I shouldn’t be there. Worst customer service out of all the shops in Newry by far. My mum has also had the same experiences and people I know also.

   Generally has everything you need from a great supermarket including clothes, back to school supplies, books, cards, etc. However there are major renovations going on just now so the shelves are empty in some aisles while they reorganise the store. It will be fantastic when works are complete. The staff here are so friendly and always very helpful.

   Tesco superstores tend to be a staple. This particular store is a refreshing experience. There is so much to browse, and the carpark is underneath the store which is different. The staff are pleasant, and the service is quick.
