For the 3rd time ive bought meat from their butchers in the last 2 months and when you open it there's mould on the underside of the meat. All well within date aswell.
£7.75 for some chicken goujans in a salad is wild behaviour
Please be aware of the cash machine. Tried to withdraw £100. The cash wasn’t dispensing, however cash transaction confirmed on account. Have to raise dispute form with my bank for a refund. I rang the shop & they said they were aware the cash machine was having problems but no out of order sign placed on machine.
Called here on Xmas Eve and it was VERY busy so parking was at a premium but we got what we wanted and it was all good.
Worst customer service I have ever encountered, my 70 year old mum asked a staff member , believe his name is Shane , to help her on the self checkout as the queue for the staffed checkouts were very busy. He answered ‘ you lift it and scan ‘ in a very condescending way. My mum then asked could you help me ? To which he answered ‘No’ . I have worked in retail all my life , and if any of my staff spoke to a customer like that, They would be shown the door. So I helped my mum and then did my own groceries on another self checkout. We then reported it to the Duty Manager who I believe then spoke to him. We shop in here daily , and I have never been so cross leaving a supermarket.
Unfortunately left money at ATM Sunday 9 am by mistake/phoned but no one interested / will not return !!!!
Would not accept Danske Bank paper£20. Staff member said they were withdrawn 3 weeks ago by Bank of England. Rang Danske Bank they said this was rubbish. Can you please educate your till staff.
A spar on route to Newcastle, good quality petrol although can get packed quickly due to the lack of parking, could be waiting a while to fill up, off licence on site also.
This highly useful gas station offers groceries, alcohol, sandwich & deli counters and more. The selection and prices are impressive - I was surprised to find pre-made vegan sandwiches & entrees in a region that doesn't usually accommodate.
