Staff not helpful and not well informed - apparently the loyalty points program is only for employees? Why then is it prompted in the self pay checkout for customers? Staff member delivering this 'information' was also rude about it.
Items always wrong price with ignorant male staff. Do yourself a favour and go to SuperValu.

It's okay, food and fuel are usually more than you'd pay at Banbridge or Lisburn so it's only for last minute convenience. The ready made stew was good but it's now full of fat and gristle, don't know who the butcher that supplies it is but I think they need to choose another that doesn't deal in poor off cuts
Tasty fresh food and friendly staff. Great deli counter whether it is for breakfast or lunch on the fly. Also a good selection of prepared meals that just need a quick ding in the microwave. The staff are always exceptionally friendly and it’s just a nice place to shop. Easy to recommend.
Great supermarket and fantastic staff, I'm thinking Spar must be feeling the pinch. Chicken bites at 30p now 90p 200% rise ( from deli counter) it is also fantastic, but really!! In-line with the cost of living I don't think so, what's next ??
The staff are so friendly. Kim on the deli is lovely as is Deirdre on tills and Karen the supervisor. They always chat away and nothing is to much trouble. Jackie in the deli is a lovely girl as well
Not requiring masks to be worn in store. Pedestrians have to do "dance of death" through crowded car park. Gate entrance from B25 Road should be cut for folk on foot. Good butchery and range in store but could really do more.
