   I take my car afew months ago for MOT before I was taking I washed my car and I didn’t see any broken part in my car when they called me the mot is finished I washed collected my car and I didn’t use it because I was busy in my house when I try to seat in my car for the first time after MOT I see a part of my front is broken I was confused because it’s wasn’t like that before MOT and I didn’t use it for a while and I was parked in front of my door I told to my husband please tell them he said you are not sure so leave it because it’s already past afew days and now he take his car and happens the same thing to his car he was sure he didn’t has any broken part in his car and he took it straight away but they didn’t listen even so please always have a picture of before and after MOT of your car I hope they doing something about that mechanic

   Booked my car in for a brake pipe repair and then mot. Instead of repairing the brake pipe first they motd it first and then obviously failed it on the brake pipe? Also didn't have the know how, how to check a rear fog light bulb or simply couldn't be bothered. Very strange. Surely make the repairs it has been booked in for first. Feel like I have been scammed as I'm still left with the repairs too be done. I wouldn't have booked the mot if I knew they where not going to do the brake pipe repair as we obviously knew it would fail and so did they. Very poor, I have never received such poor service and backwards working
