    It's an establishment that sells you alcoholic beverages for you to take home and enjoy. Even if they are sweeping up broken glass after a beer bottle mishap these legal hooch suppliers will greet you with a smile and recommend you fine wines. I got 3 for £17... And I drank them too. Huzzah!
