    Where do I start with my experience. They had my car for 15 months. Promised me the world as I told them about my other poor mechanics who had worked on the car. Not one phone call from them even when promised phone calls, so I had to call for updates. The car came back with the exact same faults, once I collect they bodged the fuel line with a vacuum hose as is started leaking diesel in the car park, it melted half way home resulting in having to be recovered. They told me not to pay the bill and give it a run, as I sensed they know an air vacuum line wasn’t going to hold up the repair due to the heat alone. No reply when I sent them a photo of the car on the hard shoulder. From my experience best avoided.

    Took my Audi A6 Avant in, 2.7tdi, crank no fire issue. Albeit was in the garage for a little while they found and fixed the root cause as well as replacing some soaked/rotton relays after water was getting into ECU and glow plug module boxes. Blocked plenum drains. Great price on fixing too, this was in January 2024. Would recommend

    Chloe and Kirk look after a few of my cars. I can't fault the service I get every time. Chloe tries to keep the cost reasonable...not easy with Mercedes prices. Loan cars available, which for me is almost essential as I live 30 miles away. Always personable and go the extra mile. Highly recommended.

The staff is not only experts in their field but also remarkably pleasant. What sets them apart is their dedication to attentive customer service and a commitment to solving issues at the most reasonable cost. Earlier today, I brought my car to them after another independent Mercedes garage diagnosed a turbocharger temperature sensor failure. The initial garage claimed that the sensor was seized, necessitating the removal of the turbo and manifold—an extensive and costly process. To my surprise, Kirk efficiently removed the sensor in less than a minute while I waited. Not only was the service swift, but the charges were significantly lower than the other garage's estimate, including a more economical pricing for the replacement part. I am truly grateful for their expertise, fair pricing, and the exceptional service they provided. This garage has earned my highest praise and gratitude.
