    Terrific experience...! In-and-out quickly for a diagnostic check on a Monday to determine the nature of the problems with my C class saloon, and booked two days later on Wednesday to resolve. All issues were under warranty, which was surprisingly refreshing, so my only expense was a small pick-up and delivery fee. That fee was not much more than two taxi rides which would also involve me spending time going to/from the dealership. Excellent service all around, including from all the personnel involved throughout the entire process...!

    Diagnosis of my car's problem completed 2 weeks ago and appointment for repair offered to suit my timeframe. Video prepared to let me know how the fault had been actuated and prevent it happening again through the blocked drain hole. Driving home, it was delightful to feel that the air conditioning was working once again! Repair completed swiftly and only downside, my car wasn't washed! I haven't had many problems with this car but I think that it has been washed in the past??? Very happy with the staff in service, reception and the wonderfully creamy hot chocolate!
