    ​I cannot recommend this garage. Their work is unprofessional, and they frequently diagnosed the problem incorrectly, leading to the replacement of the wrong part. Furthermore, the replacement parts used were of very poor quality. ​I also had an issue with their wheel alignment (tracking) service. I had to take the vehicle to Kwik Fit afterward, and they confirmed the alignment was not done properly.

    Excellent service received. I have a Tesla and wasn’t sure where to take it for an MOT as EVs are quite heavy with the battery on the bottom and most MOT stations can’t do them because apparently they don’t have the correct lifting equipment. Found Omega Motors on google, their online booking form is convenient and easy to use. On the day, couldn’t fault the service, dropped the car off and went away for an hour to kill some time. MOT complete with no issues. The price was great too. Highly Recommended.

    The fact that I use this garage when I actually live in Bristol should speak volumes. They did my MOT in the summer ( it was way overdue) and we're so pleasant to deal with and reasonably priced that I am now coming back for a third visit to get my car serviced. The interim visit was to get a wheel bearing replaced, which had been picked up on the MOT. Highly recommended.

    Booked MOT by phone. When I took my car in they were friendly and professional. Rang me about an hour and a half later to say MOT done and ready for collection. Just getting a call back is a welcome change from having to chase them up! Very happy with the efficient way everything was done. Thoroughly recommend this garage.

    I have used omega motors for a lot of years now starting using them when they was in the yard across the road as always you get the very best from them and you certainly don't get ripped off I see Ben is running the place and his dad will be pleased he is keeping up the good work and customer relationship his bad built up I will always use omega even though I have to travel from branshome to get there Well done Ben keep up the good work
