   I booked an appointment with this company for 8:30am recently to repair my van. I turned up promptly at 8:25. The property was locked up and no staff were there. After waiting outside for one hour and having multiple phone calls unanswered to their landline and mobile number, I decided to give up! I went to another garage who dealt with my issue the same day, very competently. Very poor service indeed

   I don't generally give good reviews but I felt I had better address the balance and give credit where its due. Usually I don't have much fun with mechanics but I have no complaints with this one. Does what he says he will, when he says he will , is reasonable, friendly and skilled. I like the way he bills transparently and I trust him to do a good job. So far have spent way over a thousand on a number of cars and am very happy. Just moved to this area and picked him off reviews.He's a damn good mechanic in my opinion.

   Steve has looked after our family cars for quite a few years, he is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and very reasonable with his charges. Whether its been for a tyre, an mot, a service or an occasional engine warning light problem, Steve has always carried out our work efficiently and at reasonable cost - often supplying a loan car for our convenience! He also offers a recovery service should you breakdown, we have never needed this service but it is reassuring that we know someone who we could call if needed.
