Hope you get the young lad working there, he is absolutely brilliant. He knows his stuff and is more than happy to help with anything. If you see a women in there, walk on. She can barely be bothered to lift her head from her phone and rolls her eyes at every question.
Came in to the shop today and was served by the most unwelcoming female individual who seemed ambivalent to our custom and rolled her eyes when asked to repeat what she had said after muttering behind a covid screen whilst music was playing loudly in the background. Atrocious customer service. Sorry for inconveniencing you with our custom.
