A bunch of cowboys; this is an MOT shop who pretends to be a car service. They don't want to do repair work because MOT is easy money, but at least they could be upfront about it. I took my car in, and without even looking, the engineer said my exhaust needs replacing. Later, I spoke to the senior engineer, who said my exhaust is fine and the problem is at another place. They removed a plastic cover from my car, that, apparently was badly damaged, but when I picked up the broken piece, it was in relatively fine. They said my chassis has been badly bent, so they can't put the new cover on, but I took my car to another service and the chassis is fine. They just keep making stuff up as they go. If you have serious repair work, I'd look to another place.

Been using this garage for quiet a while had 3 cars had them all repaired there no problem always happy with the service and got on with the staff very friendly and always trusted them with my car good price aswell never complained until I took my car for service and mot went to pick my car up was parked opposite the garage not in the garage like it normally is when I turned my car on my air con light was on dint think much to that was only going round the corner so didn’t take much notice till I got home and my feet was burning so went to turn my heating of which thought was strange it was on cause it’s summer I don’t use it but just thought it’s part of the mot testing it until I tryed turning it of all my buttons was stuck in the lcd screen wasn’t working so now my heating is on full and won’t turn of climate control buttons are knackered I took it bk thinking they’ve maybe left a wire lose by mistake or something but basically soon as I went in they denied touching it they haven’t done it yet no one else has been on my car it was fine when I took it there I Carnt drive my car now because of the heat it burns my feet and legs and it’s real noisy they turned my car on to move it why didn’t myself or the garage notice that when I took it in because it’s that loud and hot u would of noticed that straight away and there’s no way I’d of been able to drive that car as it is now they wasn’t even interested in looking at it because they new what they had done so please don’t use this garage because you think there fairly priced genuine because there not and this could happen to you I’m left without a car now till I find more money to get this fixed when I took my car it was perfectly fine nothing wrong with it at all sorry for the big long essay but this has stressed me out loads it’s wrong that garages get away with this I’m a good customer or was I didn’t expect to be treat like this or should I say conned like this you ought to be ashamed you could of looked at it at least.
