Absolutely brutal dinning experience, the worst I've ever encountered! No1 to meet us at the door to show us a table and take a drinks order. No children's options at chef station, I was there with my 2 daughters who were invisible to the chefs, rushing me along as my daughters tried to pick something to eat, 1 of them didn't even get acknowledged and I had to speak up so she got something, when I got to the till there was a waitress having a chat with the woman in till while my good was on top of the counter getting cold, got to a table no cutlery and still no drinks order taken, had to ask a waitress to get these for us. The food is not great either, my daughters had crispy chicken with rice, the rice was hard from sitting too long I had a dinner with a very burnt Yorkshire pudding, we sat there for a bit to see if anyone would offer a desert or at least show us where to get a desert ask us how everything was, we got no service what so ever, this is not down to the waitresses this is a management problem and not giving clear instructions before service definitely will not be back

Decent entertainment centre with good size play area full of adventures for children. Unfortunately I didn’t take photos of the playground as I don’t want to capture other children. My child had fun playing here with his friend. We had lunch at the main restaurant, I had fish and chips. It was ok ish. I can’t comment on other menu. Overall, it’s a nice entertainment centre perfect for a family days out.

Went on Saturday with our family for a birthday party the staff were amazing with the bowling. We went in after to get food, myself and brother are chefs and seen on the menu the panko crumbed chicken which looked and sounded amazing so we both ordered it aswell as my partner , when the food came down the presentation was lovely but not what was stated on the menu we basically got breaded chicken goujons (3), the mash and pepper sauce was absolutely delicious but the chicken stripes (goujons) was extremely disappointing considering the price the dish was £15.50. The side of Onion rings were freezing but the kids didn't mine and munched them. Personally wouldn't order this dish as it wasn't what was stated on the menu as panko chicken it was breaded goujons. All the rest of the food was unreal and our family really enjoyed there's.

Not too big but modern complex for kid’s entertainment any age. There is a huge adventure playground for younger kids, and bowling area for older. There are enough tables to sit for parents and watch the your generation, or if kids don’t need to be supervised there is bar restaurant where you can enjoy and relax for parents. Separate rooms for kids having their food and cake, that Mayes your party very individual and special. All staff we’re constantly around your help and assistance. A bit better cleaning need to be in place, as too crowded and hygiene need to be taken. There is a clamping wall for kids 7+, that was a hidden object. Portion of slushy on your leaving way was a pleasant surprise for kids.

Didn't bowl, just had the children in cheeky monkeys.... perfect place to tire them out. It's huge and so much for them to do. My sister and I have 7 children between us, this was lovely to have a xuppa and chill without hearing "I'm bored"

Simply put, don't even bother! We booked a game of bowling then went for food after. On first arrival, the place is a mess, no lighting, car park is pitch black! The bowling, big disappointment. Its dark and cramped. The bowling balls are all chipped and sticky. Haven't even been cleaned I don't think. The amusement machines aren't much better. The ones that are turned on don't really work properly. Then we went for food. HUGELY DISAPPOINTED! I could get better food from a chip van at a better price. We ordered pizzas, and the sauce was like soup, and the topping just slid right off, and the base was all soggy. Really disappointment. Won't be going back.
