   An absolute shambles of a place. Just before Covid , my daughter was on the new trampolines and with no staff on the floor a child over the recommended age jumped on my daughter causing 2 leg fractures and a c1 neck injury . It was horrific . After notifying the owner I never once recieved an apology . Tonight I brought her back , nervous but as her friends were going I gave it another chance . The place was overcrowded and overrun . Within 20 minutes a group of boys started chasing my daughter and her friends , I reported it and the young girl said if it happens again she will tell the manager . 5 minutes later one of the boys threw his blue slush puppy over her head and clothes on the top floor , where again no supervision . The manager was apologetic and lovely , asked us to stay . Why would we , I was disgusted . As we went to get the three kids their shoes , they got lost . The girl behind the counter told us to leave them with her , then they got handed out to another party . It was Bedlem and if health and safety were to visit tonight I think they would agree . Had to give it one star to review, but AVOID !! Staff well mannered in a place that isn’t run correctly in numbers of children to people on the floor and I will never be back . Very poor show

   Whilst this facility looks enjoyable at a first glance, I have some safety concerns. Firstly on our visit today, it looked overcrowded and my main concern was the safety gate at the entrance wasn't secured or supervised by staff.

   Fantastic place for all ages. Kids have a great environment to enjoy multi levels entertainment in the soft play with climbing wall, daddies can pop in to the bar for a football or rugby viewing session, mummies can indulge on the coffee and mouth watering tray bake selection and the whole family can have a bowling topped up with the meal in super friendly restaurant. A day to enjoy by all. Highly recommended!

   Sensory party. Just had my 10 year old boys party with all his friends in cheeky monkeys. It was a sensory party - and was the most relaxed party I have ever attended. It was fantastic! Mary and the staff could not have been more helpful or attentive. Would highly recommend this for anyone with kids who need a party in a quiet and relaxed environment! Thank you Mary Campbell and all at cheeky monkeys!!

   Excellent place to spend a few hours with the kids . Very very reasonably priced. Equipment was a little worn in places & some installations were not working but the kids didn't seem to mind . on site cafe more than adequate, friendly staff , great spot on a rainy day

   Absolutely fabulous play areas for the little ones. Plenty for them to do. All indoor area,and food is available. Pub next door also has carvery on Sunday. I would highly recommend Cheeky monkeys.

   Ordered food staff were not so helpful told me to find my own menu and when I eventually did ordered my food as do and had the veg broth come down with mouldy bread which me and my partner never realised until the last slice there was hairs growing out the side and a blue patch… not hard to date check something especially if serving to the public could’ve been far worse if was meat or something that’s would make you really sick.. and to add to this they didn’t see a couple members of the public that were drinking coffee in the area of the children running and playing which ended up spilling and landing on my partners son/ my step sons foot (keep in mind in socks) was mine hers and his first time there and the last.. got refunded the broth no sorry or anything else very good

   So today we had Maddies 4th Birthday party at cheeky Monkeys in Newry. From start to finish it was absolutely fantastic. The staff were amazing - service 10/10. Food fantastic - adults and children all had the best time. I would highly recommend for anyone wanting a hassle free birthday party. Everything is taken care off! We will certainly be back in the future for birthday party’s. A huge thank you to Cheeky Monkeys for the best day for Maddie xxx

   Place is just getting worst . Have they even invested money back into this place since opening years ago ? Machines don’t half work , furniture old and worn , the teddy bear machine has 3 teddies, whole area gives a dark and unclean look . Plus restaurant has zero Covid safeguards which are now against the law not to ask for Covid passport or face coverings or provide table service, seen other comments that staff ignore you in restaurant, tho never experienced that , but did see there was one person left to serve everybody
