Had mot done Monday. They changed our window wipers and passed the car. Thursday now we are having a service and we're told our 2 front tyres are illegal and 1 even has a nail in it!! We have a baby and 2 young children in the car daily and it's winter. We need to have a safe car! Unsafe business!

Sped up and down a wet car park and say that’s how they test brakes, then red line it to the max while laughing and failing it on emissions. Spoke to another MOT test centre and they told me Kwik fit shouldn’t be doing that. Kwik Fit Also claimed there was a power steering leak that wasn’t there after inspection by a specialist. Worst garage I’ve ever been to.
Always come here since moving to Hull. Friendly staff, quick efficient service. Comfortable chairs in the heated waiting room, polite and respectful staff member turned radio off at my polite request.
A few weeks ago, I had the oil and oil filter changed on my Kia Picanto at Kwik Fit in Anlaby. The service was outstanding—truly second to none. Tom, who was working at the front desk, was incredibly helpful, polite, and professional. You can just tell when someone is genuine and trustworthy, and Tom absolutely gave that impression. I would have no hesitation in returning for future maintenance and would gladly trust him with my car again.
Super quick service. Made the right decision to change the tyre rather than repair it. Price was not very good on the other hand, but my hands were tied behind my back on that one.
Your team were ready at the appropriate time. They asked if I would be waiting and if so invited me to coffee. I chose to leave but they called me twice to keep me up to date with the job and when it was completed. Brilliant service.
Very helpful set of lads there, safety is their main concern,checking and double checking my new alloy wheel nuts they replaced today.
All seemed good happy with the service. Took the car to another Kwik fit elsewhere for a different tyre a couple of months later, they advised me the tyre had been fitted the wrong way with the outside facing in. This would have failed an MOT so I'd imagine also illegal. I'm hoping this hasn't caused any premature wear on my tyre.
