   The actual dental work was excellent really pleased with the quality of my crown. The attentive and reassuring dental nurse was also very caring. I have going here for many years and have pleased with the care I have received. Moving my two appointments twice was really unhelpful as then work had to be rescheduled and other planned events such as blood donation also had to be moved. The reason given was that the dentist was on leave. Perhaps if leave was booked more in advance then appointments wouldn’t need to be moved, they had originally been booked about 6 weeks in advance.

   Fantastic practice. Patient focused with attention to detail giving information both before and during procedures. Mo and crew are first class and highly recommended. Best dental experience ever. Follow up with Hygienist was spot on too. Given excellent guidance to maintain a healthy mouth, gums and teeth and thorough information given during hygiene procedures, giving more insight to the experience. Can’t fault this dental practice. Spot on 10/10

   This visit was for myself and my 2 children. My eldest has been referred for some treatment at the orthodontist and she became very upset by the possibility. Usman spent a lot of time explaining exactly what would happen and what her choices were. He was incredibly patient and reassuring. Many thanks, it does make a difference.

   Always friendly at reception. Dentists, hygienist and all staff really caring and reassuring. Hadn’t been to a dentist for a few years after moving when I first joined here about 4 years ago. On Denplan payment scheme which takes the worry out of the costs.

   Visited twice over the last couple of weeks for myself and my daughter. The reception staff were friendly and understanding when I called ahead on one occasion to let them know we may be a little late, when we arrived (just in time) they were again polite and friendly. The dentist was brilliant with my 5-year-old daughter, he clearly explained to her the importance of cleaning her teeth and the consequences if she doesn't (in a non-scary way), her examination was performed quickly, and she found the whole experience a positive one. When it was my turn, the dentist was thorough but quick and explained the options open to me for any treatment clearly and without bias. When I had to have x-rays, the dental nurse kindly asked my daughter to go with her outside the room and explained why which meant she was happy to oblige. Very happy with the service provided, have never had a bad experience at this dentist to be honest.
