   I can't recommend this dentist enough . Medna put me at ease and my mind at ease . Explained what the issue was and my treatment. I went there today to have an extraction.    I Started Aligner treatment in November 2023 to straighten teeth and full a gap on my bottom teeth using composite bonding. Its now September 2024 and my treatment has finished. I cannot believe the difference. I am so happy with the results. I cannot stop smiling. Dr Medha has given me so much more confidence. I cannot thank Dr Medha her Dental nurse Annabel and the staff at the White House dental practice enough. Throughout my treatment the dental practice have been professional, welcoming and thorough in every aspect of my treatment. I would highly recommend Dr Medha to anyone looking to go forward with Aligner treatment. Carina

   This being the only dental practice taking on NHS patients in Hull after my usual dentist surgery hasn't been able to offer me any routine appointments for over 2 years, I finally managed to get through on the Wednesday 2pm number & all staff from this moment could not have been nicer. Managed to get a check up then fillings work done on NHS prices. My own dentist have now got a replacement who is able to see me so, as they are much closer I have given up my place with White House to one of the many in the area looking for an NHS dentist. Thank you White House staff, you're absolutely lovely. Can't thank you enough.

   After my dentist closed down unexpectedly I struggled to find anywhere with a waiting list less than 3 years. I called White House Dental on the Wednesday and they called me back the following day to book me in for an appointment! I just had my first visit and found both the reception staff and the dentist I saw to be welcoming, polite and friendly. The dentist took time to listen to my concerns and I didn't feel rushed or anxious at all. She was extremely reassuring and kind. I have a couple of appointments for some treatment booked in then just the regular 6 monthly check-ups :) I only have positive things to say about my experience so far!

   Receptionists are unprofessional to the core laughing at potential clients while in trying to make an appointment, do these Receptionists get training? Laughing at vulnerable people while they are ringing to make an appointment and refusing to answer the phone while laughing at him. Disgusting behaviour and treatment

   Staff are very rude and give dirty lookes without your full appointment and arnt sympathetic and understanding tbf I’d rather deal with my pain then deal with the staff here

   The receptionist was polite when I called to book the appointment but the receptionist I met today gave me the feeling they feel really can't be bothered. Not sure if that's why they sounded and looked quite fed up when speaking to patients. Just not the most welcoming dental practice. The dentist was also quick to say "you'll need to go private for this" and basically tell me to "come back when you have a problem". It was a bit disappointing. I wouldn't have gone there if I could afford extraction for my trickly grown wisdom tooth with a private dentist. But this is probably a problem with the NHS system...

   I had a bad experience after calling 111 at another emergency dentist where I was fobbed off and sent home without any treatment. I called 111 the next day and they booked me in at the White House and they rang me and I had a appointment within a day. When I went in the staff were very helpful and made me feel more at ease and Dr Mehdi? Maybe spelt incorrectly, my apologies if so, specifically was very helpful and patient with me, answering any questions I had. I had a tooth extracted and it was quick and painless. Thanks a lot for your help.
