Had a good experience so far. I'm terrified of dentist but mine has put at complete ease and told me what he was doing every step of the way. Staff are friendly, helpful and will do their best to accommodate you. Building is clean and tidy. Disabled access is available.

ETA: the reply from the dentist is utter non sense as my friend did have issues but didnt disclose them and has had treatment. There was no 'lengthy' wait list. They are simply just not taking clients on that have problems as they want to make the most of the NHS payout. Imagine what the NHS pay out for a patient - it could be for treatment on one tooth or multiple. Hence the reason why they wont take clients on with existing issues. They basically want to catch problems as they arise so they can make the most of the funds as opposed to treating people that genuinely need help The response from the dentist is utter non-sense, baseless and full of lies. I am absolutely fuming with my experience at this practice. Over a week later and I’m still angry at the sheer lack of honesty and transparency in how they handle NHS patient applications. I applied to join as an NHS patient and was called within a couple of days with some basic triage questions. I said I had no ongoing issues and was instantly offered an appointment. Fair enough. But when my girlfriend applied shortly after and was honest about having dental problems, she was told there were no appointments at all and that she’d be added to a waiting list of around 2,000 people. To test the consistency, a friend then applied and—after being advised not to mention any issues—was suddenly given an appointment too. It’s incredibly disappointing and frankly infuriating to see such an inconsistent process. It gives the impression that only people with no existing problems are being prioritised, which feels completely wrong for an NHS service. Patients deserve clarity, fairness, and truth—not mixed messages that depend on what you say on the phone. I’m extremely disappointed and hope the practice takes a serious look at how they’re treating NHS applicants.

Dr Kristina Nadizadeh is a fantastic dentist! She is incredibly knowledgeable and knowledgeable in dentistry, and she has the most gentle touch. She takes the time to explain the procedures she is doing, and she always makes sure that I am comfortable and at ease during my procedures. On top of this, she has a great personality and is always willing to answer any of my questions. I highly recommend her for any dental care you may need.

Im sure I speak for many when I say going to the dentist can be a daunting & nerve racking occasion, not the case here! Like a ray of sunshine Dr Kristina and the team completely put me at ease with big smiles and a brilliantly positive attitude. Very pleasant experience and service at its finest , keep up the excellent work guys.

A really warm, kind, and welcoming dentists - from the friendly and helpful receptionists to the dental teams; everyone is fantastic - but I especially have to call out Jane on reception (awesome lady!) and in particular Dr Kristina Nadizadeh and her dental team - she is honestly incredible: my teeth were in a very bad state, and I was thinking that the only option would be extensive (and very expensive) implants. Kristina made me a plan for aesthetic reconstruction, and although only half way through, the results are absolutely mind-blowing - the teeth she's worked on so far look amazing, completely natural, and feel comfortable. I feel more confident already and I honestly can't wait for the next appointment. Kristina is an unbelievably talented and gifted dentist (and so nice too!) - I cannot recommend her enough if you need a new dentist :)

As someone who struggles with anxiety and has a fear of dentist, today I had the best experience I’ve had at dentist before. Really made me feel at ease and as comfortable as can be at dentist. Thank you Kristina & Michelle :) super happy with the outcome!
