Appalling care and service. No contact from the practice for two years and no reminders to book appointments (this apparently stopped without warning). Despite happily taking my money for additional services within this time, I was recently informed that I was removed from the patient register due to not contacting the practice to book a check-up appointment. Nothing in writing to inform me that I'd been removed from the patient register and no prior warning that this would happen beforehand (best practice is to send written notice to patients three months in advance before taking such action). Not a word from my dentist at my last appointment advising me when to book the next appointment (hence, had expected to be contacted). This process potentially discriminates against neurodivergent individuals and those with additional needs.
The dental staff are always friendly and efficient. They make the experience less stressful and pleasant, give excellent service and advice. Highly recommend the practice.
Absolutely horrible dentist. Paid £600 for 3 fillings only for them to fall out 1 week later and would have to pay for him to redo his mistake. Needed another filling and he placed a temporary filling without cleaning the tooth therefore cavities traveled to the bottom of the tooth hitting the nerve. This resulted in excruciating pain and agony 10 days later and needing an emergency root canal (costing £900) due to his awful work and not cleaning my tooth. Having to pay over £1500 because a dentist doesn’t know his job. Do not recommend spending your money here. Not sure what uni they graduated in. Disgusting.
What a shambles this place is! Just took money for treatment (had to pay instalments) before treatment event been done. Had appointment booked for treatment and they cancelled both appointments on a day I had to go for my treatment! Discusting... Not even nhs dentist scheme had to pay private. But even under private scheme can't get treatment I need. I rather just go to private dentist and get treatment I need

Removed from the register due to not having gone in a period of time. Seeing as this was because they cancelled my appointment, and then cancelled my rescheduled appointment by text then expecting me to call them to reschedule yet again... Then Covid happened which stopped all regular appointments. To be removed from the register without any communication that it would happen? Ridiculous.
Highly recommend!! Went last week for first time in years pretty terrified and knowing I needed a tooth out. Walking in the front desk staff are lovely and helpful and my dentist was excellent and he made me feel at ease, going back a week later to have my tooth taken out I wasn't nervous about it. It was done quick and pretty pain free. If you need a dentist don't hesitate.
