   Dr Falangis did a great job extracting a very painful tooth for me. I’m not the best patient but he explained everything to me, reassured me and checked I was ok at every stage in the process. I would happily recommend The Dental Design Studio in Hornsea to others. From the minute you walk in and are greeted by Judy to the minute you leave you are treated with a friendly smile and a very professional team.

   Very satisfied with the excellent service provided by The Dental Design Studio after several visits there very recently. Everybody is welcoming and puts you at your ease as soon as you walk through the door or speak with them on the phone. Judy, receptionist, has been there for as long as I can remember and what an angel she is and the whole current team display the same warmth, a credit to the practice! The gentleman dentist caring for me, Janis? is very thorough and explains the process comprehensively as we go along. Yes, I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for my dental care and recommend it without hesitation to those in such need! The fees are reasonable which is a great help also in these times.

   Not only do you get an excellent service the staff are all very friendly whilst being highly professional at all times. What is important is having an experienced Receptionist who is able and can deal with any query you may have whilst equally being able to support all who work there, the Receptionist is the main point of contact both for patients and all staff, this practice has got it right! Going to the dentist is a pleasure and not a fear.

   Went to see Mrs S Brown the hygienist this week, wow she put me at ease after previous visits with another of their hygienist left me feeling insulted and offended by their abrupt attitude and lack of people skills. What a difference to see someone so pleasant and caring, plus not hurting me, thank you so much, I certainly will not be dreading further appointments now.
