Relatively nice approach online although slow follow up. After 6 weeks, product did not make it to Europe so no product and out of pocket
I had cracked the stone in my ring and contacted Ortak to see if it was possible to fix or replace it. The reply was fast and I sent it up for them to look at. It has come back and looks absolutely brand new!! So pleased and appreciative of the speed and quality of service! Thank you so so much!
Excellent service received when I sent my 35+ years old Ortak ring up for repair when I accidentally damaged it. Absolutely delighted to have it back and looking like new at a very reasonable cost.

Beautiful jewellery hand crafted on site. I can't recommend highly enough. We had such a great experience touring the work shop then visiting the store in town. An amazing collection making it difficult to choose. Incredible owners/ staff who gave their time to answer all our questions and educate us on Orkney and Ortak silver.
