   The staff are lovely and friendly, talked everything through with my child and his teeth now look lovely. I was a bit dubious with his first appointments as they make parents wait in the waiting room and it isn't(or wasn't) explained why when we started the journey. Also be prepared for some long waits. We have never had an appointment that was on time, always at least 10 mins late, or more often half an hour.

   The team at mydentist are absolutely wonderful. My son has started his braces journey, has required surgery to expose and remove teeth, then a fixed brace fitted with the aim to pull down hidden teeth and realign as best as possible. My son had his brace fitted 13.11.25 and I just want to commend the three ladies, Nikki, Sophie and Sammy for being absolutely fabulous throughout. Nikki, was a trainee dental nurse who fitted Lucas brace, she was professional, kind and caring throughout. Sammy and Sophie who assisted and offered support were extremely knowledgeable and kind. All three created a stress free environment and they were a pleasure to be around. On every occasion we have visited this dentist we have always been met with a friendly smile and felt welcomed, from the receptionists, to dental nurses, trainees and senior dentists. All mine and my sons questioned have been answered and we have been well informed all the way through. A huge thank you to all the team.

   We are absolutely delighted with the care and treatment my daughter received throughout her orthodontic journey. Although she didn’t meet the criteria for NHS braces, the practice made private treatment both accessible and affordable. Thanks to their expertise, she now has her perfect smile, and we couldn’t be more grateful. The whole team has been wonderful, and the reception staff deserve special mention for always being so welcoming, friendly, and supportive. Truly an outstanding experience from start to finish!

   I would really like to thank Dr Sally and Orthodontic Therapist Rachael for my braces journey and the amazing results they brought me. I could not thank them enough for boosting my confidence and making my smile shine brighter than they ever did. I would highly recommend going to Beverley Orthodontic Centre, the staff are all so lovely and the results dont disappoint!!

   The treatment that I have received from Rodrigo, Rachael and the team has been truly impressive. I had Invisalign treatment for crowded teeth which was resolved in 8 1/2 months, with regular check ups on progress. The results are brilliant, after over 30 years of crowding, I now have a perfect smile. Any issues I had were dealt with swiftly and at times the team went the extra mile to help me. (These issues were me having to have regular dentistry treatments alongside my orthodontic treatment.) By the time my treatment had completed, I felt the staff at the centre had become my friends - I'm actually going to miss them! If like me, you're reaching middle age and don't have the smile you desire - do pop along for a consultation. I just wish I'd gone sooner..

   My son Zac was really frightened on his first visits to the orthodontist in Beverly.. but once he meet Rachel (with gorgeous eye glitter) just changed it all from start of his treatment wearing his braces to getting them out she was very patient and caring, professional I could go on .. she was a true star!! ⭐️ and is a top credit to the practice !! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   I had previously had my teeth straightened but had failed to wear my retainer so they had shifted back a little. I came to BOC and had a consultation with Rod. He was great. He’s very friendly, fun and helpful. He made sure I understood what he needed to do to get me the smile I wanted and he did exactly that. Between Rod and his Orthodontic Therapist Debbie (who was also fantastic) I am now smiling with confidence. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

   As someone well beyond the normal age of having my teeth straightened, I wasn't sure what to expect. However, the whole process has exceeded my expectations. The initial consultation was very thorough and I was guided through what would happen stage by stage. The fitting of the braces went very smoothly and the staff I encountered were great. I'm really pleased with the end results and the wonderfully charismatic Rodrigo (dentist) was very attentive and considerate. I found the dental technicians very pleasant to deal with and the reception staff were friendly. I would happily recommend this practice to anyone considering having orthodontic treatment.
