Excellent service from Brandon in-store at Dreams through to delivery by Chad and Adam (Dreams delivery team). Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Good communication re delivery. Very quick (bed was delivered within 2wks of ordering). Would highly recommend Dreams!
Dreams of Fareham were very help full . I went into buy a medium mattress . After the manager Michael told me about the mattress testing at front of the shop . I needed a firm mattress . Also brought ottoman bed . The mattress is wonderful . The bed is ok but they didn’t centre it and hard up against the wall . Disappointed about that
Bought a mattress a protector and a couple of pillows. The lady who helped us was lovely, giving the best customer service possible. Did that mattress machine thing to find the best possible goods we can have. Thank you!
Went with the wife, who is disabled and wheelchair bound to get a new mattress. Met at the door by Simon who was extremely helpful, he made the whole experience a pleasure even supplying tea and making my wife comfortable. I can easily recommend this store for their professional approach, expertise and support. I would certainly be happy to use them again
Excellent salesman who did not press us for decision, explained options and lead us to each of the 5 choices of mattress the ‘diagnostic bed’ had identified. We opted for number 2 and thus far it has been an excellent choice.

My wife and I went to Dream beds in Fareham (Wallington) today with a list if definite requirements, we were treated to great patient customer service by the Manager, Neil. He was understanding to our requirements, giving several alternatives in our price range in a courteous and knowledgeable way. Our order is in for April and look forward to our new beds. As an ex serviceman I was given a generous discount of 10% on my DDS card. Thanks Dream beds.
The experience in the store was excellent. Jennifer who assisted us was very friendly and knowledgable about the product ranges. We picked the right bed for my daughter’s requirements and her being able to test the mattress and physically made a huge difference. The Fareham store was great despite it not being our local store (we are in South Oxfordshire).
I recently bought two beds from my local Fareham store, I can honestly say my experience was absolutely amazing. Niel, the manager went over and above his duties to make sure I was happy with my purchases. I had a few problems and Neil was very professional in the way he helped me. A big thank you to Neil and his team. Also, your delivery drivers were very courteous and understanding as I asked them to remove their shoes when delivering and they were more than happy to do so. All in all great service from Dreams, thank you.
Visited Dreams in fareham yesterday and was greeted by Ed. Took the sleep match test which is a brilliant idea. Ed was brilliant and his knowledge of the best products for my needs was fantastic. He was extremely helpful and understanding. I didn't feel rushed and was made to feel very relaxed and safe with the measures they have in place. Such a lovely change to experience great customer service and no pushy salespeople. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
