   This store is excellent. Emma as designer and Brad for service and extra info - both were excellent in every way. Patient and helpful and very polite. The units look fabulous in our new kitchen and we are very pleased at the quality and look of them all. Their advise was extremely helpful in every way. We would definitely recommend them.

   We visited the showroom to check out the styles and choose appliances etc. We were given all the attention we needed, questions were answered and help with choices was given. Then without asking the kitchen designer was called and spent all the time we needed to sort out our needs. We would have expected to need to book an appointment at another time to see the designer. We were then told that if we wanted they would be able to deliver the units that afternoon! We didn't, but we were impressed!

   Service was excellent but as a company every store they own acts as an individual store you buy from a store you must return it to the store you acquired it from. Other stores charge different prices for the same product so shop around

   Brad from the design service came and helped us with the design of our new kitchen in a cottage where there are no straight walls! He came to the house and then we had a consultation meeting with plans. I chose my own appliances. He was very helpful in incorporating my ideas into the design. He was a pleasure to work with. The kitchen units all arrived on time and my fitter (private contractor) did an amazing job cutting in round all the stonework. The kitchen looked just as we expected in fact even better. I had to contact Brad and Howdens a couple of times to get advice and sort minor issues, their customer service was outstanding. Very pleased with my lovely kitchen and recommend Howdens Bognor for their attentive, helpful and courteous service.
