I would not recommend working with Kevin Neary. I was in email contact with him, he scheduled a time for me to come get my documents notarized and sent for apostille. On the date, I had to wait over an hour, the receptionist didn’t know I was coming and was received quite brusquely by Kevin. After many email follow-ups, I never received response with the requested invoice or tracking numbers. Had to call the office twice to get the information. David, the last person with whom I was in touch was helpful.
