   Lisa visited, came across slightly annoying and gave us a lot of information that turned out to be incorrect. I complained about incorrect information by email and her response was quite unprofessional with an air of sarcasm. The guy that fitted it was even more professional, moaned about the company and kept moaning about when he was going to be able to have his dinner. He did not go through the checklist at the end, did not put any sealer round the edges to finish it off. We had a like for like replacement of a previous wardrobe but changed the shelves for drawers. We were not told how this would alter the inside compared to the original wardrobe so There ended up being a couple of elements we were not that pleased about. Sent Lisa another complaint about the fitter and bits we weren’t happy with. She said someone would be in touch, but it took me to leave a negative comment on Facebook for them to actually get back to me. Some guy visited who basically kept waffling on to distract from my issues. Told me they didn’t deal the edges because not everyone likes it and rudely told me I needed to repaint the room. He then proceeded to tell me I needed to clean the runners better whilst dusting them with his toe, which I understood so the runner doesn’t get damaged but we were in the middle of building work hence constantly settling dust. I pointed out the wonky pole that was the first thing my dad noticed. He said they’d be back to rectify this and would be in touch. Needless to say 2 months down the line I’ve not heard from them. Even if they did get in contact (which they probably will after reading this as well as leaving a reply trying to justify their incompetence which is what appears to have happened against other complaints) I wouldn’t want them to bother rectifying the issue because the trust is long gone. A lot of money and very poor customer service. They ask for payment up front which I now regret doing.

   Lisa was great from the start in helping us through the design process, selecting from a huge range of finishes and colours and coming up with a bespoke unit, where other big name retailers had let us down previously. The quality of the material is excellent and all installed within a day. We’ve recommended Swan Systems to our neighbours and family and would absolutely use them again for any future jobs.

   Barry was a con man, I don't trust anything he says now. It was a case of promise me anything to get the order.... then tried to charge me extra to rectifie it. He promised me a shelf, but says he didn't, then I had to pay extra for that. Curtis was EXCELLENT. He understood the issues & is coming to look at the units tomorrow and promises me he WILL sort for me. I have great confidence in him that he will do that.
