4 months ago I decided to start a mobile sauna and plunge pool business, I reached out to this company and it has been fantastic from start to finish , on time no broken promises, a few teething problems ( not them ) with the transportation off the mobile unit , everything i asked about joe sorted and never charged costs !!! I can't recommend them enough
Most helpful & very much recommend men. From I first went thru their door to they came delivered & built the sauna with no hassle and very helpful. Great lads & any advice or thoughts I had they knew & helped. Can't be anymore helpful with after care advice over a telephone call they answer & help
I called in today to show a chair that had broken which l had purchased a few years ago. I spoke to a girl who sympathised with my problem and said that Mr McCourt would deal with it and even suggested that he would lend me a chair until the problem was resolved. However when Mr McCourt came in the situation changed. He implied that l had done something sinister with the chair rather than sit on it - not sure what! The chair was in pristine condition apart from the obvious crack in the frame. He then told me that his furniture was only guaranteed for a year - l personally thought a chair would last longer than that! He then said that if l had bought a car 2 years ago and crashed it that l could hardly go back and ask the seller for a refund. I felt that this was a ridiculous comparison. I have never been dealt with in such a condescending manner by a business person. There is a way of dealing with customers in a sympathetic manner and Mr Mc Court seriously lacks in this skill I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from this shop. I just wish that l could include a photo of my chair in this post chair would last longer than that.

John offers everything from top of the range furniture at competitive prices to affordable high quality products. The sales women are helpful and accommodating while the delivery men were polite and prompt. I recommend shopping here locally for the phenomenal service.
Friendly and professional business man who is extremely helpful and has a range of excellent furniture to suit all tastes and all rooms in the house and outside in the garden. Delivery service was excellent and a promise to deliver on a specific day was kept eventhough he was extremely busy. Keep up the great work John.
