   I booked an appointment for a consultation a few weeks back with Samantha! Having a little bit of anxiety I honestly felt at ease. She was very welcoming and honest about my hair goals. Strand test was taken and I was told I’d need treatment before she was willing to put any kind of dye on my hair. Previously have dyed my hair black so I completely understood :) I really appreciate the fact she wasn’t going to damage my hair more and would instead work with me to fix my hair. I then had my first proper appointment with her where again she was super kind and talked me through every step we was going to do and also talked me through at home treatments I needed to do before coming back in and seeing how my hair was. My hair since the appointment feels brand new! With what she did and following her at home instructions my hair feels and looks so much healthier already! It feels so full and shiny I’m in love already! Would deffo recommend this place to people and can’t wait for my next appointment here!

   I'm trans and I've just been in to do a colour consultation and they seem to be looking down their nose at me from the moment I walked in. When they called me over to asked what I wanted to do with my hair they told me that they don't do my kind of hair (half shaven). That they don't own a pair of clippers. I wasn't looking to get my hair shaven by them anyways. Ive previously coloured my hair at home but they was strands of green/blue still it. All I wanted them to do was to make my brown and blonde more even and they said they couldn't. I've heard from a few people now that the attitude of their staff is bad towards new clients. 1st pic is what my hair looks like now. 2nd pic is what I wanted doing.

   Not having been to have a hair cut in 18 months and this being my first visit to Teal and my my first meeting with Jade I was a bit anxious this morning... I need not have worried.. They made me immediately feel welcome and offered me a drink. Jade my stylist came through and we spoke about what I wanted and then we went through to have the most wonderful hair wash! My new 'do' is 'swooshy' and will be a lot easier to manage. I LOVE IT. Thank you Jade you were lovely. 3 WEEKS LATER Having lived with my new do for the last few weeks it has 'settled down' into an easy to manage layered long bob shaped cut ,which if left to it's own devices is curly and a bit wild which I love however when styled with my straighteners it turns into a sleek sharp look which I also love. Once again, thank you Jade. I'll definitely be back. xx

   Jade is fantastic hairdresser, following my first recommended visit to the salon with my long curly hair I was over the moon with the time Jade took to listen to my hair style and colour and was absolutely stunned with how I left the salon with so much effort and time gone into every detail and finish. Jade and her team really understand and appreciate my curly hair. This is the best hair appointment I have ever experienced in my life.    I would recommend Teal Hair to anyone. The girls are amazing at what they do and always make me feel comfortable when I'm there (and keep me entertained). Jade does my hair, after looking for a hairdresser for a long time she put me at ease as soon as I first came to her. I knew I was in good hands and couldn't be happier with the results.

   I was recommended Teal Hair by a friend whilst I was looking for a new hairdresser. I am so glad I made the change, I love this salon. The girls are lovely, you feel so welcome from the moment you walk through their door. Sam is incredible at what she does, so knowledgeable and I feel so confident that I will leave the salon happy on each visit.    Absolutely over the moon with my hair done by Jade, after several box dyes by myself, my hair was very damaged and a very yucky colour :( I am so happy with the results! Lovely friendly atmosphere, hot and cold drinks offered, even a free snack trolley !!! Can not recommend this place enough. Looking forward to my next appointment already!
